What an amazing post by Leslie and how relevant it is in Indian Context, I hope people would read this and become aware of the spiralling prices which Indian Publishing companies are charging for the text and reference books market.

Some one should inform representatives of Pearson, Prentice Hall, McGrawhill Education to wake up and stop fleecing the most gullible community called students. I am all for free education for all and when we say free education it should not only be free school fees but free books or at least reduced priced books too.

I am going to dig this further in Indian context and bring to you the comparison in near future after my UK trip. Cheers
